Christ Jewels, Inc of South Florida is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.  Arlene was given a mission by God: to set the captives free. She has compassion for wounded women which she developed from her own experiences and education. Also, she has an outstanding love for God.   Arlene the founder of Christ Jewels Inc, began with 10 Powerful Women of GOD with a passion for GOD’S women and young ladies. Couple with a desire to see Single mothers and young ladies reach their full potential through Mentorship programs, Educational and Employment skills training so that they accomplish their Goals to become fully employed, Home owners and    liberated. She will accomplish this mission through supportive Private and Public services.

We win at helping people become self-sufficient  through workforce development training, family strengthening and job placement. Christ Jewels, Inc of South Florida has served as a   beacon of hope through its ability to serve as a community-based workforce, job development, and training organization that focuses on the unemployed, underemployed, and unskilled. We are committed to helping those with barriers to self-sufficiency  due to the past indiscretions in their background via our various Adult and Young Adult Workforce Development initiatives.   Christ Jewels, Inc also seeks to proactively address the vicious cycles of poverty via our Youth and Family Services Division by partnering   with local schools and government agencies.   Christ Jewels, Inc collaborative efforts provide youth career awareness and readiness programming to middle school and high school students.
